CertiMet digital thickness gauges CARBON series are lightweight micron gauges with extended range and deep frame throat, designed for precise thickness control of sheets, foils and flexible materials in industrial and laboratory applications.

CertiMet MICRON CARBON gauges feature a carbon fiber frame (Italian made) that combines high rigidity with low weight, making them convenient for frequent measurements and long shifts.
The digital micron indicator (IP65) provides high‑precision readings with PRESET and HOLD functions, allowing fast comparative measurements and easy work with tolerance limits.

The CARBON series is available in two versions with measuring ranges up to 200 mm and 300 mm and depths up to 200 mm and 300 mm respectively, with accuracy down to ±20/±25 μm according to catalogue data.
Optional contact points and gauge configurations can be supplied on request to match specific standards or customer jigs.

Each CertiMet MICRON CARBON gauge is supplied with an ISO 17025 (ILAC MRA) calibration certificate, confirming traceable metrological verification.
On special request, gauges can be delivered with customized contact points, measuring force, frame depth or additional functions adapted to the customer’s process.
