MICROTECH manufacturing disk micrometers with disk diameter 35mm with such ranges: mm 0-25; 25-50; 50-75; 75-100; 100-125; 125-150; 150-175; 175-200; 200-225; 225-250; 250-275; 275-300; 300-325; 325-350; 350-375; 375-400; 400-425; 425-450; 450-475; 475-500

Disk micrometer has non-rotating spindle. This micrometer can be used for soft materials (foil, film, rubber) and gear tooth measuring.
For customer request it’s possible to supply special disks diameters and custom measuring ranges.
Computerized MICS measuring system of micrometer has such functions:
– internal memory with statistic mode
– Color Go/NoGo indication (limits)
– Peak function (Min/Max)
– Timer (reading to memory or data transfer)
– Formula – calculation indicator Ax2+Bx+C

MICROTECH Computerized micrometer has USB HID data transfer function to send actual data and data from memory directly to any application in Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android systems in keyboard mode with usual USB cable with no special software.
MICROTECH micrometers pass metrological control in accredited ISO 17025:2019 metrological lab.
All disk micrometers complete with calibration protocol, manual, magnetic charging cable and plastic box.
