Description
MICROTECH manufacturing Modbus Sub-micron Wide range computerized micrometer with intechangeable anvils to Industry 4.0
Tablet micrometers are using computerized measuring system developed and patented by MICROTECH (Patents UA126928, UA99686) with 0.1 micron resolution and 0-150 0r 150-300 mm measuring range.
TABLET measuring module of micrometer has such functions :
- ON-line GRAPHICAL mode
- Color ANALOG adjustable scale
- HUB Connection (external MICROTECH Wireless device connection)
- 2D Connection possibilities (external device Wireless connection and indication)
- PROBE connection (external indicator or lever indicator Wireless connection) with AUTO mode
- internal MEMORY for 2000 values with Folders system and statistic,
- LIMITS (Go/NoGo) function with color indication,
- PEAK (Max/min),
- TIMER
- FORMULA Ax2+Bx+C
- Manual TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION
- LINEAR compensation
- RESOLUTION selection 0.1/0.01/0.001/0.0001 mm also in inches
- CALIBRATION date control
- Rechargeable Li-Pol battery with micro-USB socket

All MICROTECH micrometers has hand finished measuring surfaces (Ra<0,32) and pass metrological control in ISO 17025 ILAC accredited laboratory.
