DataMet Crankshaft Deflection Tester with Sub-Micron Computerized Indicator by MICROTECH

The crankshaft deflection tester was developed by MICROTECH (Kharkiv) based on a sub-micron computerized indicator.
The main advantage of the tester is the use of a computerized measuring system by MICROTECH with ±15 μm accuracy and resolution up to 0.1 μm.

The measuring range is 60-500/60–700 mm using interchangeable extension rods. The set includes seven rods: 16/16×2, 32, 64, 96, 128, and 192/192×2 mm, allowing easy adaptation for various crankshaft sizes.

MODBUS RTU data output (RS-485, 4-wire, 5-24V, GND, A, B) for industrial connections. MODBUS ASCII, MODBUS TCP/IP for request.

The MICROTECH computerized indicator has built-in memory for 1000 values, Go/NoGo function with color indication, Max/Min, Formula function, and manual temperature and mathematical error compensation.
The color touchscreen display improves usability for both field and bench applications.

A built-in wireless module transfers measurement data and saved values to MICROTECH MDS software for Windows, Android, and iOS devices within a 10 m range.
Data can also be transmitted via USB in keyboard or standard mode using the included cable.
