The gauge combines a 0–50 mm measuring range, 0.0001 mm resolution, 300 mm jaw depth, and Ø20 mm disk contact. The circular measuring face samples a broader area than a point contact and provides stable seating on the workpiece.

Computerized DataMet Functions

DataMet functions support zero and preset setup, tolerance limits, peak capture, timed measurements, stored results, formulas, and correction settings. Operators can configure the displayed resolution and use the measurement data for repeatable inspection routines.

Connectivity & Data

What Problem Does It Solve?

Small contacts can respond strongly to texture or local surface variation. The disk contact supports the workpiece over a wider area, while the deep frame reaches measuring points that ordinary handheld instruments cannot access.

How Does It Work?

Place the material between the disk and opposing contact, center the required location, and lower the movable contact. The displayed value is the separation between the contacts at the selected measuring point.
