This SwissMet digital scale unit provides precise horizontal linear measurement and positioning for workpieces and machine tables over configurations from 500–5000 mm. The Swiss electronic system provides 0.01 mm resolution, a large digital display, PRESET, and IP67 protection in an aluminum housing. It is intended for machine-table positioning, fixture setup, and dimensional checks where a protected linear scale is easier to integrate than a separate handheld instrument.

Description
PRODUCT
The SwissMet scale unit measures horizontal travel and position over 500–5000 mm with 0.01 mm resolution. The electronic system is housed in an aluminum body with IP67 protection, a digital display, PRESET, and a CR2032 battery.

- Machine tables and linear positioning systems

- Dimensional checks over long or hard-to-reach travel
WHAT PROBLEM DOES IT SOLVE?
A conventional handheld tool does not remain attached to the machine axis and cannot continuously show the position during adjustment. The scale unit provides a fixed, readable reference on the equipment.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Install the scale along the required travel, establish the reference with PRESET, and move the workpiece or table. The electronic system displays the current linear position as the scale changes.
CONFIGURATION & CUSTOMIZATION
Select the range and 0.01 mm resolution required by the machine or fixture. The listed configurations cover 500–5000 mm; custom mounting and travel arrangements can be specified for the application.
