MICROTECH manufacturing computerized Blade Double range micrometer with non-rotating spindle adopted to Industry 4.0

DataMet blade micrometers are using computerized measuring system developed and patented by MICROTECH (Patents UA126928, UA99686) with 0.0005 mm resolution and blade measuring anvils 6.5 x 0.75 mm for measuring narrow grooves, keyways, slots and other features that are not accessible for standard flat anvil micrometers.

MICROTECH wide range blade micrometer has 0-50 mm (0-2 inch) range that cover double measuring range with non-rotating spindle. Available in 19 ranges from 0-50 mm up to 950-1000 mm.

Hi-res 2.4” color Touchscreen display with IP65 protection class.

TABLET measuring module of micrometer has such functions:
