Description
Microtech LASER MOTORIZED DataMet 2D height gauge has SWISS reading system with 300/600/1000 mm measuirng range and 0.5 MICRON resolution (selectable 0,0005/0,001/0,01/0,1).
Motorized Z-axis moves with 3 speeds and AUTO measuring mode, and a RED LASER displacement sensor for X-axis with MICRON resolution, response time up to 4 kHz, and measuring range up to ±60 mm, enabling bi-directional 2D measurements. Patents: US10184772, UA144230, UA126928, UA2022050400.
Functions include On-line Graphic, Analog scale, Go/NoGo, Max/Min, Formulas, Timer, Linear correction, Temperature correction, FW update, Calibration date control, e-Link to manual and app download, and Operating hours control. Measuring HUB supports wireless MICROTECH instrument connection, synchronization, 2D mode, 2D Graph, Probe mode, and Angle measuring; Memory manager stores 2000 values with folders, statistics, and data transfer; Data transfer is WIRELESS to MDS app for Windows, Android, iOS, and MacOS, with HID/USB HID connectivity to any app.
All MICROTECH height gauges has hand finished measuring surfaces (Ra<0,32) and pass metrological control in ISO 17025 ILAC accredited laboratory.
