The BOTTLE CONTROL DataMet stand is a manual measuring stand for dimensional and form control of bottles up to 310 mm height. It combines a rotary bottle fixture, quick-clamping mechanism and high-resolution indication for checking bottle geometry, including parallelism and perpendicularity. The standard model covers a 20–100 mm measuring range, while custom-range and computerized MICS modifications are available for applications requiring different dimensions or digital measurement-data handling.

The MANUAL CONTACT FORM CONTROL DataMet stand is a precision contact measuring stand for manual dimensional and form inspection over vertical ranges up to 1000 mm. Its Swiss reading system provides 0.5 μm resolution, while different X-axis measuring ranges from 0–13 to 0–200 mm allow the configuration to be matched to the required measurement geometry. The stand combines manual positioning, bidirectional measurement and digital data transfer, with an optional manual rotating table for measurements requiring controlled workpiece rotation.

The MOTORIZED LASER NON-CONTACT FORM CONTROL DataMet stand is a motorized form-measurement system for non-contact dimensional and profile inspection. A red laser displacement sensor measures surface displacement while the measuring unit travels automatically along the vertical axis. Configurations provide Z ranges up to 1000 mm and laser ranges up to ±60 mm, with motorized three-speed movement and AUTO measurement mode. It is intended for measurements where automated non-contact scanning is preferred over manual contact probing.

The MOTORIZED LASER NON-CONTACT FORM CONTROL DataMet stand with MetroX FORM SYSTEM is a motorized non-contact system for dimensional and form measurement using a red laser displacement sensor. It combines vertical travel up to 1000 mm, selectable 0.5 μm reading resolution, three-speed motorized movement and a 21.5″ touchscreen Windows PC running the MetroX FORM application. Compared with the stand-only configuration, this version adds PC-based scanning, form-parameter calculation and measurement-protocol export.
