Optima MDS data set for Windows

MICROTECH Wireless and Computerized instruments allow direct transfer of measuring results to a Windows PC. The main advantage of MICROTECH instruments is the ability of long‑range wireless data transmission up to 50 meters. The computerized series also provides internal memory for storing measured values with later transfer to any version of the software without data loss.

In the OPTIMA MDS data set, it’s possible to connect up to 6 MICROTECH instruments simultaneously (indicators, calipers, micrometers, or bore gauges) to a Windows PC. Two USB dongles and two MDS USB extension cables (1 m each) are included.

MDS Software version 5.5 is available in STANDARD, OPTIMA and PRO versions supplied on a USB stick. The software allows data resending to any Windows application, limit checking (Go/NoGo), graphical display, exporting results to *.xls or *.csv files, and saving data using optional DataMet Buttons, Footswitch, or Timer. The optional DataMet Buttons and Footswitch can also be used for data collection and ZERO setting.
