MICROTECH Wireless and Computerized measuring instruments enable fast data transfer directly to Android tablets and smartphones. A key advantage of MICROTECH devices is the availability of long‑range wireless data transmission up to 50 m.

The computerized series is equipped with internal memory for storing measurement results, which can later be transferred to any Android device running Android 6.0 or higher without loss of data. Connection is supported for DataMet and Wireless SwissMet tools, enabling simultaneous linking of up to 8 instruments.

Free (up to 2 connections) and Pro versions of MDS Software for Android are available. The software allows connection of MICROTECH indicators, calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges, providing extensive measurement and quality‑control functions:

• Graph display and data logging

• Export results to *.xls or *.csv formats

• Timed data saving and voice reporting of measured values

• Integrated QC module with the ability to evaluate details on drawings or photos with predefined dimensions
